Selection process
Our Strategy & Support Team will work with the Company to produce a Strategic Business Plan which will be put to our Investment Selection Panel.
If selected, the Company will be invited to present to our Investors, with the successful companies receiving both funding and ongoing Management Support.
Nature of investment
The level of funding will vary in each case, but is expected to average between £100,000 to £250,000.
Any investment will be conditional on achieving an alignment of stakeholders and investors which permit strong management control, ongoing monitoring and support of the company.
The investments will not be driven by possible tax reliefs such as EIS or SEIS, though these may be applied for if available. The investment will thus enable the purchase of existing equity, as well as subscription for new equity or other convertible note instruments. Strong reporting requirements will apply to all investee companies.
In every case, Non Executive Directors will be appointed to the Board of the Investee Company.
