Membership
We are always interested in speaking to potential new members for our syndicate. Members are sophisticated investors and high net worth individuals as defined by the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Financial Promotion) Order 2005.
Funds, groups of individuals and investment companies may also participate as members and may elect a single nominee to act and attend on their behalf.
We actively encourage our members to get involved with the Investee Companies and look to members to assist in the growth of the businesses.
Remunerated Non-Executive Director positions in the Investee Company will normally be filled from the membership, where their role will be to add value rather than perform a governance role.

Fees
Members pay a one-off administration fee of £1,500 (ex. VAT) no annual fees are applied to continued membership.
Any investment will be conditional on achieving an alignment of stakeholders and investors which permit strong management control, ongoing monitoring and support of the company.
Meetings
Members' meetings are arranged at approximately 8 weekly intervals and provide information on the progress of investments to date.
During meetings, members vote on the new prospects presented to them. Members who are unable to attend may vote via proxy or email.
